Dr Adrian Alcide Landry served as a Captain in the US Army Medical Corps during WW1 and was stationed at
Fort Beauregard, Louisiana where he became Chief of the Medical Service in 1918. Many of his original documents
have been preserved by his family and we are most grateful to Angela Naquin, his great great grand-daughter, for
permission to publish a selection of papers relating to the medical service at Camp Beauregard Base Hospital during
the war.
